Hello, I’m Jodi, the heart behind Counselling & Co., a group therapy practice that uses evidence-based and integrated techniques, specifically Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Brainspotting. I bring authenticity, integrity, and a deep commitment to being fully present with you, while you explore your emotions and cultivate a healthy relationship with yourself and those around you. It takes a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help, and I want to ensure you are met with care and compassion. With over 15 years of experience, I have learned that healing is absolutely possible, and you are capable of feeling healthy, joyful and excited about what the future holds for you and your loved ones. Whether you’re navigating communication breakdowns, affair recovery, grief, or family conflicts, my aim is to cultivate a supportive atmosphere for your healing and growth, ensuring you receive the utmost client-centered care.
