Relationships are the foundation of our sense of security and belonging in the world. When we feel distressed in our relationships, conflict and neglect can be very distressing.
With over two decades of experience working in community based settings, hospitals and private practice, I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
My clients tell me that I am able to help them uncover aspects of their experience that they have previously been unable to access, and through creating a safe space together we are able to embark on a transformative change process.
I am amazed at how the wisdom and understanding that comes forth in our work together ripples into other aspects of people’s lives.
A particular passion of mine is working with couples where their changes positively impact the lives of their children.
